Radiation Oncologist David Lowther Joins Winchester Hospital
Winchester Hospital welcomes radiation oncologist David Lowther, MD to its medical staff. Dr. Lowther is currently providing cancer therapies to patients at the Dr. Heidbreder Center for Radiation Oncology, located at Winchester Hospital’s Center for Cancer Care in Winchester.
Dr. Lowther received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pa. and a Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University College of Medicine in Washington, DC.
He completed his internship in general surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami and residencies in radiation oncology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston and at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Lowther is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology and the American Brachytherapy Society.
Dr. Lowther is accepting new patients at the Dr. Heidbreder Center for Radiation Oncology at Winchester Hospital’s Center for Cancer Care located at 620 Washington St. in Winchester. To learn more or make an appointment, please call (781) 756-8330.
