  • A Caring Place, a Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics certified retail store offering wigs and head coverings for patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments and post-surgical bras and camisoles for women with breast cancer
  • Genetic counseling
  • Integrative therapies to promote healing and well-being (acupuncture, hypnotherapy, massage, reiki, tai-chi, yoga)
  • Nutrition counseling and services
  • Pain management
  • Pastoral care (Chaplain services are available for support and prayer to assist patients and their families through the treatment process. For more information, please call Winchester Hospital Pastoral Care at (781) 756-2295).
  • Social worker for oncology patients and their families
  • Speech and swallow evaluation and services
  • Support groups (Open to the newly diagnosed, those in treatment and those who have completed treatments, the groups are facilitated by an oncology social worker, as well as a nurse, and focus on the emotional healing that is often necessary after a cancer diagnosis)
  • PACK (Providing Assistance and Consultation to Kids)  program (Child Life Specialists are available to assist families in talking to their children about illness in the family. For more information, please call (781) 756-2730).
