Winchester Hospital to Hold Orientation for Adult Volunteers
Winchester, Mass. — The Friends of Winchester Hospital invites adults in the local communities to join Winchester Hospital as a volunteer. Orientation sessions will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the Conference Center at the hospital’s main campus located at 41 Highland Avenue in Winchester. A tour will follow the presentation.
These two sessions will offer prospective volunteers the chance to learn about all of the opportunities available at the hospital and its off-site locations. Participants, who typically volunteer for a three-hour shift once a week, may request an assignment that does or does not involve patient contact.
