Winchester Hospital Physicians Earn Certification in Sleep Medicine
Winchester, Mass. – Two Winchester Hospital-affiliated physicians have recently earned board certification in sleep medicine from theAmerican Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Salvador Albanese, MD practices pulmonology and internal medicine at Woburn Medical Associates located at 23 Warren Ave. in Woburn. Dr. Michael Zaslow, MD practices internal medicine at 955 Main St. in Winchester.
A resident of Cambridge, Dr. Albanese received his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, and his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in Waltham. He completed a pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Boston University in Boston, and an internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Albanese is also board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
A resident of Lexington,Dr. Zaslow received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, and his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College in Cambridge, Mass. He completed a pulmonology fellowship at the Boston University Medical Center in Boston, and an internal medicine residency at the Temple University Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Zaslow is also certified in pulmonary disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
