Who Qualifies for Cardiovascular Rehabilitation?

Our center offers structured, full-phase cardiovascular rehabilitation services designed to help you achieve a healthy level of cardiac fitness:

  • Bypass surgery
  • Cardiac catheterization with angioplasty
  • Stent placement
  • Valve replacement or repair
  • Heart attack
  • Diagnosed conditions such as Heart failure with ejection fraction of 35% or less
  • Stable angina

What to Expect

Our program is customized, and every patient receives an individualized plan that includes exercise and education. Most patients participate in cardiovascular rehabilitation two or three times a week, for up to 36 sessions.

Our staff monitors your vital signs closely as you exercise, to help you make steady, safe progress. Our experienced team includes a medical director/cardiologist, registered nurse, registered dietician, exercise physiologist and respiratory therapist, who together provide coordinated support.

Insurance Coverage

Most insurance plans cover the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program when you have a qualifying diagnosis. Please check with your insurer regarding insurance coverage and if a copayment is required.

Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program are:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 9am to 6pm
