State-of-the-Art Testing Services

Winchester Hospital offers laboratory services at 5 different sites in the communities north of Boston to ensure the most convenient testing options for patients. From basic blood tests to complicated pathologic studies, we offer a wide range of clinical testing procedures using state-of-the-art instruments to produce timely, accurate results.

At our laboratories, our most common tests are on blood and tissue, but the clinical specimens we study can include samples ranging from urine, spinal fluid and other body fluids.

Laboratory collection sites may be closed due to inclement weather or storms. If you are unsure, please contact collection site for hours. The Winchester Hospital Lab at 41 Highland Avenue in Winchester and the Family Medical Center Lab at 500 Salem Street in Wilmington are always open for their posted hours of operation.
